PT Adaro Logistics (AL) mengelola sejumlah perusahaan yang membentuk pilar logistik Grup Adaro, yang beroperasi untuk memperkuat rantai pasokan grup dari tambang sampai pembangkit listrik dengan menjaga biaya dan proses mengangkut batu bara dari pelabuhan muat sampai pelabuhan bongkar tetap terkendali. Di usianya yang ketujuh, AL telah membangun landasan yang kuat di sektor logistik, dengan menjalankan berbagai kegiatan, mulai dari penongkangan dan pemuatan batu bara ke kapal, pengerukan dan pemeliharaan alur sungai, layanan bongkar muat, sampai galangan kapal.

Sebagai pilar logistik Grup Adaro, AL merupakan salah satu unit bisnis grup untuk mengembangkan bisnis non-pertambangannya. 1. PORT SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma IV or Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Shipping or Port or related
• Min. 3 years of experience in Port Terminal or Port Operation Supervisor or related
• Have competence in Stockpiling & Loading Management, Quality Control, Port Administration, and Berthing
• Able to work as a team and shift
• Willing to be placed in North Kelanis – Central Kalimantan

2. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma IV or Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related
• Min. 2 years of experience in the same or related position in fuel industry
• Have competence in Port Maintenance
• Have good leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Willing to be placed in North Kelanis, Central Kalimantan

3. QHSE OFFICER

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) of Environmental Engineering
• Min. 3 years of experience as Supervisor in Port Area
• Have competence in Health & Environment Management Standard, HSE
• Management System Audit, and Environmental Impact Analysis (EIA or AMDAL)
• Have knowledge about K3LH
• Willing to placed in North Kelanis – Central Kalimantan

4. RADIO OPERATOR STAFF

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma Degree in any major, fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Min. 1 year experience in the same or related position
• Understanding about Radar & Radio Operations (can be supported by GMDSS & ORU certificate)
• Able to work shift
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Wiling to be placed in North Kelanis, Central Kalimantan

5. TERMINAL ADMIN

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma III (D3) preferably majoring in Administration
• Min. 1 years of experience in the same or related position in similar industries
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office
• Wiling to be placed in North Kelanis, Central Kalimantan

6. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Requirements:

• Minimum D-III, preferably majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Port Maintenance or related in Coal & Fuel Industry or other similar industries
• Have Basic Life Support & Basic Fire Fighter
• Willing to be placed in North Kelanis, Central Kalimantan

7. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Fast learner and good communication skills
• Strong competencies in Finance, Accounting, Journaling, and Reporting
• Excellent work standard and attentive to detail
